There are so many great blogs, books and Instagram accounts out there that inspire me daily. While I’m following a range of topics from organic skin care, over yoga to healthy food and sustainable travel, they all have one main aspect in common: mindfulness. People who do yoga, use organic cosmetics and are eating healthy are already interacting more mindfully with their own bodies, their mind and their environments. These are the blogs and books I like to read.
